Ordering Online
Find the Products you want
To find the products you want, shop the Catalog or use the Google search box on our Catalog or Home Page. You may then place your order online using our handy shopping cart and secure credit card ordering system. Simply click on the "Add to Shopping Cart" button on any product page to select a product. When you are ready to check out, click on the "View Shopping Cart" button on any product page to change quantities, delete products, continue shopping, and place your final order.
Payment Options
We accept Discover, Mastercard, Visa and American Express.
Colleges, universities, campus bookstores and high schools only: Qualifying institutions may order online by choosing "purchase order" in the payment option drop-down menu. Then enter your purchase order number in the box that will appear.
Purchase orders are accepted from university and bookstore customers with record of timely payment. Payment terms are Net 30 days.

We accept mail, phone, fax, and e-mail orders. Just let us know what you want to order, tell us where to ship it, and send your college or university purchase order number, credit card number and expiration date, check, or money order.

Shipping
Shipping and handling charges in the United States are:
USP Ground (standard): 3% of the order total ($12.00 minimum shipping charge applies)
UPS Air (by special request): Actual shipping charges plus $3 per package handling fee.
UPS Collect (by special request): Client pays shipping directly with UPS. We
still require a $3 per package handling fee.
International orders will be charged actual shipping charges if greater than 3% of total order, plus extra
handling fees depending on shipping method:
UPS or DHL - $3 per package extra handling fee.
USPS - $3 per package extra handling fee.
Freight consolidation fees may be added to the shipping charges of large orders
from multiple vendors.
International customers are responsible for any applicable tariffs, duties, customs brokerage fees, etc.
When customer receives shipment of goods, accepting the shipment constitutes acceptance of the product prices and shipping charges.
Satisfaction Guarantee and Returns
We want our customers to be completely satisfied! We offer 30-day money-back returns of books, DVDs, and most other products.* Just contact us if you have any questions about returning something.
ALL RETURNS MUST BE IN LIKE-NEW CONDITION. Send returns by insured, traceable shipping method so you can provide proof of delivery upon request. We accept regular customer returns within 30 days of invoice date.
We accept bookstore returns within 90 days of invoice date without permission required. After 90 days, permission for return is required and depends on whether product is still current. 10% restocking fee on returns over 25% of original invoice. If entire order is returned, 10% restocking fee applies to entire return.
